Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Knowledge
1) Constitution of Grama Panchayat:- Declaration of Panchayat Area andestablishment of Grama Panchayats, Constitution of Grama PanchayathStanding Committees, Method of voting and procedure for election,Appointment of administrator of Grama Panchayats, List of Voters, Corrupt practices, Resignation of member, Procedure for election of Adhyaksha and Upadhaksha on the establishment pf Grama Panchayat, Term of office and conditions of service of Adhyaksha and Updhyaksha of Grama Panchayats,
